If we agree that our services are a match for your needs, let’s set another 60- to 90-minute meeting with key decision makers and/or stakeholders. This is the start of our discovery process. Here, we’re trying to determine what your true needs are and other details that will allow us to better understand how we can help you.

  • First we need to understand your specifics.
  • Then we’ll take a look at your current customers.
  • Next, we want to learn about others with whom you compete.
  • Once all this information is gathered, we’ll put together suggested solutions.

During this meeting we’ll review our understanding of your needs, customers and competition, your desired return on investment (ROI) goal and what we can do to gain your destination more awareness, bookings, visitors and revenue.

Together, we’ll review our suggested solutions and discuss what we believe we can accomplish. We’ll answer any questions you may have.

A final Solution PDF will be available to you to implement with your team or we’d be happy to implement all or some of the solution. See services page for details.

During this meeting we’ll review our understanding of your needs. These can range from developing new tourism products to gaining more bookings and from organizational challenges to getting a handle on a small but time consuming project. See services page for details.

Together, we’ll review the proposed scope of  work and discuss what we believe we can accomplish. We’ll answer any questions you may have regarding the project and our estimate.

Our final meeting will detail the items you noted in the proposal presentation that you’d like us to pursue.

Our final meeting will revisit in detail the items you noted in the solution presentation that you wanted us to pursue. Our recommendations will be presented for you to implement with your team or we’d be happy to implement all or some of the items.
